Shipping Policy

Our hair and skin products are made with fresh organic produce.  In order to deliver, preservative free products, our orders are fulfilled on demand.  To assure the quality of products to our customers, we ask that you allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped out. Thank you for your support and patience.

Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with a product, please contact us and let us know.

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.

MzFit MD does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

If your order's tracking update reflects that your package is delivered, and you have not received the package, please contact the delivery service used to ship your order.

This product may contain tree nut products and seeds.  Patch testing prior to use is recommended.
